Boot are two types

  1. Soft Boot
  2. Reboot
Reboot - Reboot is the normal reboot in which your phone kernel and your operating system are booted and this is what mean by the normal reboot.

Soft Reboot - If you are doing the soft reboot so this is something your boot animation appears and it just closes all the processes which make your phone slow.
